1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using digitaldustlibrary.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
2. What the Site is
Digital Dust Library is a blog publishing long-form and short-form written content across technology, culture, science, and gaming topics, run by Hayk Baroyan and, over time, additional contributing authors.
3. Content ownership
- Content authored by Hayk Baroyan is owned by Hayk Baroyan.
- Content authored by other contributors remains owned by those authors, who license it to Digital Dust Library for publication — see the Contributor Agreement for the exact terms of that license.
- The Digital Dust Library name, logo, and site design are owned by Digital Dust Library and may not be reused without permission.
- You may not republish, redistribute, or commercially reuse content from this Site without the relevant author's or Digital Dust Library's written permission. Quoting brief excerpts with attribution and a link back is fine.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its admin systems, or other users' accounts.
- Scrape or bulk-download content in a way that disrupts the Site.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
5. Author applications and accounts
If you apply to become a contributing author, you agree to provide accurate information in your application. Approved contributor accounts are governed by the separate Contributor Agreement in addition to these Terms. Digital Dust Library may deactivate a contributor account for violating either document.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. Digital Dust Library doesn't control and isn't responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Digital Dust Library doesn't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content published here.
8. Limitation of liability
Digital Dust Library takes reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information published on the Site, but does not guarantee that all content will in all cases be complete, error-free, up-to-date, or match your expectations.
Content on the Site does not constitute legal, financial, medical, investment, or other professional advice unless explicitly stated otherwise in the given material. Disputes related to these Terms or use of the Site are subject to resolution through negotiation first; if no agreement is reached, they are subject to resolution by the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with Armenian legislation.
11. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
